There’s no other platform out there where you can have this integrated rental & retail approach and that's what makes Ergonode unique for us. We can manage complex product attributes for a tuxedo package (e.g., rental availability dates, lapel style and retail SKUs) intrinsically linked within the same record. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify Plus, dumping all of this down into our store in real-time. This also makes sure that a customers booking the rental or purchasing the suit for keeps is 100% flawless. The first round of migration from our old system and setting up our custom rental attribute layout was quite a large task which took some work. The core platform is great, but we had to put in a little extra work with their support team for some of the more advanced reporting dashboards we wanted for rental velocity.
