I really like the option to send reminder messages, update messages etc. Our clients want updates while their pet is in the office and being able to quickly send them a message every few hours has been huge in giving the clients more comfort when their loved pet is sick. its amazing that you can quickly send a video or picture as well to give more personalized updates. also appreciate the appointment reminders are automated so no need to worry about the weekly job of sending out all the reminders. I am not a huge fan of how the client interacts with the application. They dont necessarily understand the system and thus we tend not to push them into using it for more than reminders and updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
