&lt;p&gt;Oh Jobvite is one of the more established, well-reviewed names here, ops and talent leaders trust it for nurturing a talent pipeline over time, not just posting jobs reactively. Hireology is another strong, heavily reviewed option, particularly popular for multi-location and franchise-style hiring operations where consistency across locations matters to ops leaders. To be real, this G2 category is a mix, a lot of the highest-review-count products here (Paylocity, Paychex, SAP SuccessFactors) are actually full HR/payroll suites where CRM is a bundled feature rather than the core product, so if you want a purpose-built CRM rather than a suite-with-CRM, Jobvite and Hireology are the more direct fits. Are you looking for CRM as a standalone specialty tool, or would you take it bundled inside a broader HR platform you already use?&lt;/p&gt;
