**What do you like best about EPAM Systems?**

stable company
great projects
great long turn gals

**What do you dislike about EPAM Systems?**

1) same as in other big corporation EPAM has a lot of buracrathy processes
2) a long way of approve something. Sometimes can take 2-3 month

**Recommendations to others considering EPAM Systems:**

Good place for start ang grow for beginners, stable enough.
But EPAM has really long process of assessments in a case of growing to high positions like Lead or Manager. It can take 1-1.5 years
