Acumen has been our ERP implementation partner as well as providing ongoing support and guidance to help our operations management become more efficient, flexible and maintainable.

**What do you like best about Acumen Group?**

Their knowledge of our ERP system and their understanding of our financial reporting and daily operations needs is second to none.  They have the experience to have already resolved most potential issues before we encounter them.

**What do you dislike about Acumen Group?**

The could provide more ongoing training.

**Recommendations to others considering Acumen Group:**

Know your business and have a clear set of goals and expectations.  Communicate these with Acumen.  They have the experience and knowledge to understand and anticipate your needs.

**What problems is Acumen Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumen has helped us manage our purchasing, inventory and order processing with a minimal staff without loosing any controls or knowledge.

Setup, Implement and support our Infor Sx.e ERP systems.

**What do you like best about Acumen Group?**

They are knowledgeable and easy to work with. A top-notch Infor solution provider.  They have a lot of experiences on both Infor and business operations and management.

**What do you dislike about Acumen Group?**

Lead time sometimes could be long. They need to be better in allocating their recourses.

**What problems is Acumen Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumen Group had helped us to implement our New ERP systems about 6 years ago, and they provide us software support ever since we use Infor.

We were looking into Salesforce implementation and integration. We reached out to Acumen for scope and advice. 

**What do you like best about Acumen Group?**

Very professional to work with. Very fast communication. 

**What do you dislike about Acumen Group?**

We decided not to use them not because of anything they did, but because our own needs changed. They come highly recommended because our interactions were very positive with them.
