"A fantastic partnership"

Technology Advisors has been our SugarCRM partner for the past four plus years. We rebuilt our CRM from the ground up and after a challenging experience with another partner, we appreciate even more all that TAI represents. With a specialized service in technology, what you initially see is not always what you get. Technology Advisors is transparent, honest, and upfront.

What do you like best?

Besides being capable and proficient in CRM, Technology Advisors has all the traits you would want in a partner - responsive, reliable, going above and beyond on weekend and nights in the crunch time of projects, respectful and educational. They take the time to teach you skills that make you a better manager and administrator of the software.

What do you dislike?

When Technology Advisors was still understanding us as a client, we worked through a challenge where we wanted a lot of pushback on our ideas as novices in the software. Once TAI understood our approach, we've been thrilled with the change in dynamic and through collaborative back and forth have reached creative solutions that truly meet our needs.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

A benefit we've realized in working with Technology Advisors is even if they don't directly offer the solution we're looking for, they help us do the research to find the solution somewhere else. We are in the midst of trying to customize our CRM Mobile app and together we have narrowed down what our options are. They care about our overall success.

"Professional Technology Consulting"

Describe the project or task the provider helped with:

Upgrade our highly customized SalesLogix 8.1 CRM system to version 8.4 and retain all of our custom functionality. We were also looking for a long-term partner who can provide us with support on our Production CRM system and assist us with future customization requirements.

What do you like best?

The technical and project management team assigned to our project provides prompt feedback on the status of our project and on any support questions we may have around our current production environment.

What do you dislike?

TAI utilizes the Zoho project scheduling tool. I personally find it lacking features in project scheduling. For example, I'm not able to see a baseline schedule to compare to current schedule.

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

TAI provides a highly skilled project team to upgrade and support your Infor CRM system.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

We use SalesLogix CRM as our source of truth for contacts and we link the SalesLogix data to other critical systems within our organization. TAI has been able to provide the level of knowledge we require to expand on our contact management solution.

"CRM Analyst"

Tech Advisors worked with us in our CRM Upgrade.

What do you like best?

Personal attention from our assigned support staff, especially Allen. He always took the time to work through the project and help explain each task and process. It was also a learning project; we learned many things where certain parts of the process we were even able to help with the implementation by doing it ourselves. TAI, also allowed us to rollout this project territory by territory, meaning at our own pace. I can officially say, after over 2 years of this project, we have completed the migration/implementation of all our associates into the upgraded Infor CRM program. Thanks TAI for your help & support.

What do you dislike?

I do not recall any areas where I disliked working with TAI.

"Duplicate Accounts/Contacts in SugarCRM"

Two new employees joined the firm and they both had impressive lists of contacts that needed to be loaded in our CRM. We were aware that there were a sizable number of duplicates. Our consultant at Technology Advisors, Megan Sheehan, suggested a two prong approach. First, we'll utilize a duplicate detection on import wizard. Second, her colleague, Justin Kuehlthau, will implement a duplicate detection process proprietary to their firm.

What do you like best?

The import wizard picked up all of the exact matches and omitted them from the import. However, there were some instances in which some fields such as names and companies matched while other like emails or phone numbers differed so this data was imported. In a test environment, Justin Kuehlthau was able to identify a list of these potential matches. I was given an opportunity to review the results and make a determination if I wanted the result imported into the live version of our CRM. I was then able to use the merge tool to eliminate the duplicates. The process significantly reduced the amount of time on the project.

Technology Advisors anticipated our needs and provided solutions to longstanding CRM issues that others fall short. I highly recommend consulting with them before you commence your projects.

What do you dislike?

We have no complaints. The process was seemless--Megan and Justin communicated each step and Justin even followed-up where I dropped the ball. What I've learned in the process is, if you think what you're trying to accomplish is too difficult, challenging or requires more busy work that reasonable, it's worth a phone call to Technology Advisors to talk through methodology.

"Good tech knowledge"

Improving Sugar speed and adding new capabilities

What do you like best?

They're super knowledgable and have been able to help with almost everything we've asked!

What do you dislike?

Their comms aren't always great - I sometimes feel like a nuisance or find it difficult to understand what is being explained to me

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

We're working on improving user acceptance of Sugar but improving the interface, speed and UX.

"Excellent Project Management"

We hired Technology Advisors to conduct a customization to our SugarCRM, we wanted to generate PDF quotes and estimated and have them automatically emailed to our customers. Technology Advisors provided the best solutions.

Technology Advisors leveraged existing SugarCRM functionality along with our business requirements to design, create and implement a customizations to the Opportunities module within SugarCRM, allowing us to generate quotes and estimates.

The implementation was seamless, I was very impressed with their attention to detail and the very little issues we had at go live. As expected after the 1st 3 months of go live there were some wrinkles that needed to ironed out but after 1 year of using the tool there have NOT been any issues with the customization, it works better than expected.

What do you like best?

The Technology Advisors team understood our challenges and offered realistic solutions to our problems. They were very attentive and responsive.

What do you dislike?

Nothing, I had an excellent experience working with this team

Their responsiveness and follow-up. Sam is very much on top of our account and handles my chaos seamlessly.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes desktop support seems overwhelmed and we have had slow response times. Other times desktop support is out and it doesn't appear there is anyone backing them up.
