**What do you like best about Technology Advisors?**

Very smart people who are both business and tech-savvy.  (My main point of contact there now understands my business as well as I do, and has helped me improve it.)

Simple hourly billing with detailed invoices showing the hours worked.

Great company culture.  Everyone I have met has been friendly and honest.

**What do you dislike about Technology Advisors?**

The project cost a bit more and took a bit longer than I originally hoped (but that has been true of every major, complex tech implementation I have done over a 40-year career!)

**Recommendations to others considering Technology Advisors:**

Make sure you want to use one of the systems they support (Creatio, Hubspot, Infor and Sugar).  I have been very impressed by Creatio.

**What problems is Technology Advisors solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using a very old server-based CRM that had been heavily customized over many years, but the programmer who did all the customizations was about to retire.  We wanted to start all over with a modern cloud-based system.  Technology Advisors recommended Creatio.  Then they helped us implement Creatio and move all of our data into it.   They worked with us to create our business processes, marketing campaigns, etc. in the new system, and they used their StarFish tool to create real-time links between Creatio and Litmos (the elearning system that delivers online courses to our customers).  I am thrilled with the results of the whole project.

**What do you like best about Technology Advisors?**

Great staff who really know the product they support.  They have good ideas, and offered suggestions when we weren't sure what option was the best.  They were also very patient with us when the project stalled on our end, and were able to start right back up once we got our act together.

**What do you dislike about Technology Advisors?**

They have a VERY boring name.  ;-)  In all seriousness, they are great.  Once in a great while, I did have to reach out more than once for an answer, but they all have calendly links and I can always grab a meeting with whomever I need.

**Recommendations to others considering Technology Advisors:**

Talk to them.  Tell them what you are trying to do - their people are the best and you will gain a ton of confidence in their ability to get you where you want to be.  I would not hesitate to work with them.  In fact, we retained them for help/consultation after the project was over, just because we wanted them around in case we thought of other stuff or had any problems!

**What problems is Technology Advisors solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were moving from a very old, unsupported version of Sugar CRM to the newest version.  In addition to migrating years of data, we had multiple customization needs to consider as well, including syncing data with QuickBooks Online (which we were also moving to at the same time) and syncing with our own software application.  There is no way we could have migrated the data, set up all the syncs, and created all the customizations without Tech Advisors.  They were completely transparent every step of the way, taking the time to explain things and answer all of our questions.  They worked side-by-side with us and our developers to make everything work.  We had a plan and worked through it - even when our team "went dark" for a few months do to other priorities and changes in staff.  I don't think we could have asked for a better partner - not only did they help with all our "special" stuff, thew know Sugar CRM inside and out and were able to help us with every single piece.

Technology Advisors implemented the sales force automation (SFA) tools available in SugarCRM Professional. The SFA created consists of four modules: accounts, opportunities, leads and contacts. This helped house all of the sales-related information in a single, web-accessible location.

TA was able to show that spending more for a cloud implementation was not necessary and in this instance, rebuilding on the LAN was certainly better than replacing with another product

We engaged TA to streamline the Infor CRM LAN to work the way it was built to work, and utilize the features we were unaware existed. TA customized the Infor CRM and replaced a manual procesa that consisted of printed reports and check lists that were manually routed around the office

With their guidance, we’ve been able to innovate and create processes that enable us to be more efficient with our resources. Other competitors wanted long intro processes which is just a way to increase their billing.

We wish we would have had more success with predictive analytics but it just didn't fit our sales cycles and business models to be that effective for our ROI. Support could use some improvement.

I like that TA has dedicated personnel to assist throughout the whole CRM project data entry, design, process flow, etc. The overall training is fantastic and very helpful.

There aren't many dislikes. This tool and company have greatly helped our business and sales processes. There is always room for improvement on some functions, but I am sure newer upgrades will allow for customer feedback implementation.

Technology Advisors has been our SugarCRM partner for over six years.  We went through a complete rebuild of our system in 2019 and have partnered on many additional small projects along the way, including deduplication, custom coding, integration of other technology, using their Starfish ETL tool for migration, and advising us on navigating tech outside of CRM.

**What do you like best about Technology Advisors?**

Besides being capable and proficient in CRM, Technology Advisors has all the traits you want in a partner.  They are responsive, reliable, experienced, respectful, kind, and fair.  They are organized and are strong communicators.  They go above and beyond on weekends and nights in the crunch time of projects.  They take the time to teach you skills that make you a better manager and administrator of the software.  They truly fulfill an advisory role.

I wish my team were local to Chicago so we could do more in-person collaboration.

With any partner, communicate your needs and preferences upfront.  The TAI team is very accomodating to meet you where you are as a customer.

We are always solving capturing our unique business process in CRM being a franchisor.  We are far down this road and only need tweaks here and there.  The benefits are huge.  Having software that mirrors your business allows your users to experience an intuitive workflow and drives user adoption.

There's isn't anything specific that I dislike. Any issue, which rarely happens, is resolved with thoughtfulness and fairness.

Start off by building a work relationship with the team. It's well worth the effort to build a relationship and know that you have a team that always has your back.

Technology Advisors brings a great deal of technical knowledge of CRM and software in general. They are a great resource to helping solve user errors, performance issues, and improving our CRM. It's always helpful to be ask for insights on best practices when we're doing any of our development work. A large project we have been working on together for awhile is removing duplicates from our system.

Technology Advisors, what more can I say, I have worked with this group for decades, in a previous Fortune 500 company and then once I moved to a new company I brought them in here as well… From start up- to converting to a new technology, this team has truly been my partner in the trenches… Amazing experience, software is easy to use. The support team is awesome, anytime I have a question they respond quickly and politely. They always make me feel like one of their top clients!

We implemented our first-ever CRM system with Creatio, and TA acted our business case analysts and implementation team, to make sure all of our ERP data worked well with the CRM system.

**What do you like best about Technology Advisors?**

From the start, the people on the TAI side have been nothing but a joy to talk with and learn from. They made the daunting task of starting our first ever CRM program seem much more doable, and kept us on track with the project from start to implementation. Since the implementation period, we've only had a very small number of personnel changes on our account management side, which is a breath of fresh air compared to some other tech companies we've worked with in the past.

In all honesty, it's hard to find anything I've disliked. TAI does a great job of managing projects and working as a partner.

When considering TechAdvisors, I would recommend being very clear about your training needs when implementing a new system. Luckily, TechAdvisors was able to assist us with training when our CRM company was not able.

Making our CRM dreams come true has been a total game-changer for our company. The insight we now have into our Prospecting processes has changed the way we sell. The information now at our fingertips regarding the activity of our field sales force makes it easier and faster to onboard and train new users, learn what really makes up the best practices of our top reps, and identify and address struggling reps faster than ever before.

Over the last few years our company has become more active in using the Sugar CRM as more than just a database. As we have moved more towards utilizing analytic reporting and campaign management, we have often sought the assistance of Tech Advisors to resolve any issues that arise. Specifically, Tech Advisors helped us resolve issues that arose from refreshing our sandbox that we would not have been able to do on our own. Their team is knowledgeable and quick to act!

Communication has always been a strength of Tech Advisors. Their response to emails is always timely. Additionally, whenever we have reached out for advisement on new projects they offer great insight, new ideas we may have not considered and are always detailed.

Technology Advisors is our CRM implementation partner. They have helped us customize, not only our CRM, but helped integrate our CPQ platform to work seamlessly with the CRM.

Rod Johnson has been our superhero with troubleshooting and making our unique CRM needs a possibility. He is super responsive to my questions and emails despite our 3-hour time zone difference!

I don't really have any dislikes of Technology Advisors. Even on the rare occasion where I needed detailed billing info or an additional invoice copy they have always been very easy to work with.

Our CRM is from InforCRm and their CRM piece is not a big focus for that company. With Techonology Advisors as our partner - I always feel that we are a focus for them and they work diligently to help us solve our issues. We are always trying to better streamline the CRM system for our users and Rod, especially, is always trying to find ways to make it better and easier for our users as well.

Hired to consult, plan, implement a brand new CRM, SugarCRM. Goal was to build a platform to meet our needs and transfer data into it while meeting requirements and internal business rules.

**What do you like best about Technology Advisors?**

Most helpful - The team is accommodating, flexible, and helpful. Megan Sheehan is the BEST. She is the absolute perfect personality for what she does. She is whip smart, caring, detailed, analytical, communicative, honest...I've worked with CRM people in my career and never met anyone as awesome. She listens and takes her time to be effective in her responses and responds to EVERY inquiry (even if there are 10 items in one email) and handles with deep care. Ya'll should make sure you never lose her. 

**What do you dislike about Technology Advisors?**

I don't have too much to say about dislikes - my only thing to say is that some of the workflow/customizations I would love to have are not possible (not out of the box) OR they are but, cost too much or affect too many other users. I use the tool for prospecting + recruiting which is a bit diff process than how our marketing team uses it.

we are solving lots of problems!! too many to list. Our data is all in one spot and viewable by a team - we are auto merging duplicates - meeting GDPR requirements!! Many benefits are realized - over time it'll be even better.

The technical and project management team assigned to our project provides prompt feedback on the status of our project and on any support questions we may have around our current production environment.

**What do you dislike about Technology Advisors?**

TAI utilizes the Zoho project scheduling tool.  I personally find it lacking features in project scheduling.  For example, I'm not able to see a baseline schedule to compare to current schedule.

We hired Technology Advisors to conduct a customization to our SugarCRM, we wanted to generate PDF quotes and estimated and have them automatically emailed to our customers. Technology Advisors provided the best solutions.
Technology Advisors leveraged existing SugarCRM functionality along with our business requirements to design, create and implement a customizations to the Opportunities module within SugarCRM, allowing us to generate quotes and estimates.
The implementation was seamless, I was very impressed with their attention to detail and the very little issues we had at go live.  As expected after the 1st 3 months of go live there were some wrinkles that needed to ironed out but after 1 year of using the tool there have NOT been any issues with the customization, it works better than expected.

The Technology Advisors team understood our challenges and offered realistic solutions to our problems. They were very attentive and responsive.

Personal attention from our assigned support staff, especially Allen.  He always took the time to work through the project and help explain each task and process. It was also a learning project; we learned many things where certain parts of the process we were even able to help with the implementation by doing it ourselves. TAI,  also allowed us to rollout this project territory by territory, meaning at our own pace. I can officially say, after over 2 years of this project, we have completed the migration/implementation of all our associates into the upgraded Infor CRM program. Thanks TAI for your help & support.

Two new employees joined the firm and they both had impressive lists of contacts that needed to be loaded in our CRM. We were aware that there were a sizable number of duplicates. Our consultant at Technology Advisors, Megan Sheehan, suggested a two prong approach. First, we'll utilize a duplicate detection on import wizard. Second, her colleague, Justin Kuehlthau, will implement a duplicate detection process proprietary to their firm.

**What do you like best about Technology Advisors?**

The import wizard picked up all of the exact matches and omitted them from the import. However, there were some instances in which some fields such as names and companies matched while other like emails or phone numbers differed so this data was imported. In a test environment, Justin Kuehlthau was able to identify a list of these potential matches. I was given an opportunity to review the results and make a determination if I wanted the result imported into the live version of our CRM. I was then able to use the merge tool to eliminate the duplicates. The process significantly reduced the amount of time on the project.

Technology Advisors anticipated our needs and provided solutions to longstanding CRM issues that others fall short. I highly recommend consulting with them before you commence your projects.

**What do you dislike about Technology Advisors?**

We have no complaints. The process was seemless--Megan and Justin communicated each step and Justin even followed-up where I dropped the ball. What I've learned in the process is, if you think what you're trying to accomplish is too difficult, challenging or requires more busy work that reasonable, it's worth a phone call to Technology Advisors to talk through methodology.
