Cogit has been implementing Infor d/EPM (including cloud and previous versions) and BI solutions for over 25 years. **What do you like best about Cogit?**

Pros: Great Onbaording, Proper hands-on Training for implementation from Day-1, active Customer Service, Intelligent and seamless integration with Azure Services of Power BI

**What do you dislike about Cogit?**

Cons: In some of our requests/tickets the customer support was not up-to the mark which created delay in our internal processes, can include more training modules

**Recommendations to others considering Cogit:**

If you are looking for Reporting/BI - Just go for it. They are one of the best deployment partners of Microsoft and are in the business from a long time. They carry enough breadth to take care of Microsoft Azure integration with its other BI services be it Power BI or SQL Server. Their Customer Support & Onboarding support is also something to apprreciate them for.

**What problems is Cogit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cogit was the deployment partner of Microsoft BI services (Power BI) for my organization and they really helped us with a smooth onboarding, training and great customer support.

**What do you like best about Cogit?**

Their team has great technical expertise.
They are immediately available for call support.
They proactively explained each detail of the solution & trained our team very well. During initial phases, they were always open to take our every single input.

**What do you dislike about Cogit?**

So far very good experience & nothing to complaint, hoping to have same service in future as well.

Maintaining the data in a structured & organized manner that will be easily available for respective users.
