It has streamlined operations and given us incredible insight into our hotel management operations.

**What do you like best about HIS MSC?**

The navigability is efficient and the insight provided into our operations is incredible.

**What do you dislike about HIS MSC?**

Integrations into other systems would be beneficial. The ability to import and export data points is useful but tie consuming. Direct API integration would be preferred.

**What problems is HIS MSC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems that we never knew existed. With the insight offered through the platform we are able to identify pain points and revenue vampires easier and more proficiently.
