**What do you like best about EOS ITPM?**

The ability of the tool to provide actionable insights from the data is very powerful. The ability to add new features to the tool is very impressive compared to other products that take at least a quarter to release any feature. The engagement model with the EOS is very collaborative and well supported.

**What do you dislike about EOS ITPM?**

Nothing specific that can think of to date.

**Recommendations to others considering EOS ITPM:**

The ability to get powerful data insights for the entire IT/business landscape under one tool is the great characteristic of this tool. Highly recommended for organizations under CIOs to consider this tool for the Roadmap/Strategy development process.

**What problems is EOS ITPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems - Enterprise Architecture Modelling, Technology recommendation, and lifecycle management, Technology to Apps to Vendors to Capabilities mapping to support IT planning. Strategy road mapping exercise.
