I wrote an email and immediately received a response within minutes, asking if it would be convenient for me to talk and resolve my issue right away. **What do you dislike about Mooncamp?** These are mainly minor issues, but none of them are showstoppers. What I would really appreciate is if the software would get a REST API. **What problems is Mooncamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have all the relevant metrics at a glance with Mooncamp and don't have to enter everything myself. I can delegate tasks to the team and only need to step in if something is wrong. Additionally, it creates an almost automated reporting for me. ### 2. I found the learning curve manageable, helped by the fact it is all very intuitive. The UX is great and our team have had no trouble adopting Mooncamp as a daily tool. We now have a company wide view of our strategic objecitves/actions and we really like the check-in functionality - this is driving positive behaviours across the team so we know current state of our big (and small) initiatives. **What do you dislike about Mooncamp?** Sometimes new updates can affect existing functionality, but here I learned that the team at Mooncamp is incredibly responsive and they fix things quickly. There are also some features that I would expect out of the box (e.g. actions having due dates, dependencies, and related reporting) but perhaps these are for future releases. **What problems is Mooncamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mooncamp gives us visibility of all our strategic initiatives, and it drives consistent behaviour across our teams to update progress. Our CEO now has a single place to view our business' progress and see how each of his managers is performing against their actions. ### 4. Creating, updating, and monitoring MOALS and OKR sets is very quick and easy with it. There are sufficient configuration options without the product being overloaded. Previously, we used Smartsheet - Mooncamp is much better suited for OKRs! **What do you dislike about Mooncamp?** When distributing the features across the different plans, we would like to see some of the Enterprise features in the Pro version. **What problems is Mooncamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collaboration on and transparency about goals across different teams is significantly facilitated with Mooncamp. ### 5. Definitely, having the traceability of an entire year helps keep in mind the work to be done to achieve the objectives. The implementation, truthfully, was quite simple in the organization, and the learning curve for users took about a month just to adapt from an Excel to a web application. **What do you dislike about Mooncamp?** It seems to me that the check-in module could be improved or evolved to be more like complete CFRs. **What problems is Mooncamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has definitely helped to be able to track the Objectives and Key Results, and likewise, it allows users or collaborators to visualize the impact of their key results on the organization's strategic goals, making it clearer for all levels the direction we are taking in the organization. ### 7. Top highlight of Mooncamp: Customizing the dashboard is a feature that is extremely powerful. It enables every individual to personalize as necessary, which can enhance the relevance and concentration of their task monitoring. Benefits of Choosing Mooncamp: They possess a system that is easy to use and well-structured, with values that are promptly customized for progress reports, providing users with clear visibility into the advancement of tasks in each column. It enables the monitoring of goals and promotes greater transparency and collaboration among team members. **What do you dislike about Mooncamp?** My biggest problem with Mooncamp is: The CFR (Conversation, Feedback and Recognition) process could be more flexible. The registration area does not allow each participant to express their personal and individual opinions. This would be especially useful for discussing private issues that should not be visible to all members of the organization, but are necessary for personal development. The least useful aspect of Mooncamp : The drop-down menu needs to be improved for large screens. On a large screen, the menu covers the entire screen and is not limited to a small area, which can be distracting. **What problems is Mooncamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mooncamp helps us solve critical organizational problems by tracking key business objectives and performance on a specialized platform, rather than relying on Excel or Google Sheets. This ensures security and easy access to our data, which was crucial after a document mishap that nearly resulted in a loss of progress due to poor online document management. It has also enabled employees to better understand how their personal goals positively impact the organization's achievements, fostering a culture of development and improvement. ### 8.
