Mooncamp is comprehensive but at the same time so simple to use. I found the learning curve manageable, helped by the fact it is all very intuitive. The UX is great and our team have had no trouble adopting Mooncamp as a daily tool. We now have a company wide view of our strategic objecitves/actions and we really like the check-in functionality - this is driving positive behaviours across the team so we know current state of our big (and small) initiatives. Sometimes new updates can affect existing functionality, but here I learned that the team at Mooncamp is incredibly responsive and they fix things quickly. There are also some features that I would expect out of the box (e.g. actions having due dates, dependencies, and related reporting) but perhaps these are for future releases. Mooncamp offers a very intuitive and user-friendly interface. Creating, updating, and monitoring MOALS and OKR sets is very quick and easy with it. Mooncamp impresses with a very intuitive user interface that allows for quick onboarding – even for new team members. Particularly helpful is the ability to always keep track of all goals, which significantly improves collaboration and alignment within the team. What I definitely appreciate most about Mooncamp is that it has all the necessary fields to manage OKRs according to what was learned in the course. Definitely, having the traceability of an entire year helps keep in mind the work to be done to achieve the objectives.

What I like the most about Mooncamp:

My biggest problem with Mooncamp is:

The CFR (Conversation, Feedback and Recognition) process could be more flexible. The registration area does not allow each participant to express their personal and individual opinions. This would be especially useful for discussing private issues that should not be visible to all members of the organization, but are necessary for personal development.

The least useful aspect of Mooncamp :

The drop-down menu needs to be improved for large screens. On a large screen, the menu covers the entire screen and is not limited to a small area, which can be distracting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mooncamp provides simple but extensive company goal creation tracking and monitoring. The intuitive design makes it easy to onboard newcomers and the switch from previous management system was very smooth for old colleagues as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much to dislike about Mooncamp, the tool is nice to use and easy to maintain. One noticable issue is that their help center does not have a search bar and instead utilizes search function of the browser itself (which decreases search prescision).
