Allow self-evaluation and superior's review on career progression and operational task. **What do you dislike about entomo (formerly KPISOFT)?** This software is too generic and not industry-specific, very time-consuming for initial setup, and this may not be very useful to short-term employees if the staff turn-over rate is too high. **What problems is entomo (formerly KPISOFT) solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software allows employees to have a standard template for career planning, a platform to discuss with employers for career progression which is not discussed openly with the employees as this topic is very sensitive. ### 2. It makes it seems so easy for users to understand, navigate around. Also user able to set the next level target and work towards it. **What do you dislike about entomo (formerly KPISOFT)?** It is unable to filter some of the selections and unable to undo once the next level target is set. It can be better if the system allows the flexibility for users to make changes. **What problems is entomo (formerly KPISOFT) solving and how is that benefiting you?** All in one system, users and appraisers use the same system and receive notifications instantly hence it helps to speed up the process and also easier to discuss. ### 3. The insights are quite helpful in assessing performance **What do you dislike about entomo (formerly KPISOFT)?** No Issues so far, the team has been really helpful in setting up the system, onboarding, training, support etc. the software itself is easy to use. **What problems is entomo (formerly KPISOFT) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had issues with tracking performance of employees, while employees were achieving their goals, our company was not hitting the target. Aligning the goals has helped bridge this gap. We also wanted to change employee behavior and make it more performance oriented for which the nudge functionality helped ### 4.
