What do you dislike about TheraNest by Ensora Health?

When I first started using Theranest, I could call and ask to speak to customer service and get someone on the phone to help me troubleshoot a problem I was having now you have to make an appointment and have that person call you back, which is extremely difficult. When I have a problem, I typically needed it fixed right then and there. The most difficult part with the platform currently is that CIGNA is still not connecting with the billing part of the platform and I’m not getting my EOB’s dropped and I believe it also is a other of the insurance companies. Another issue I’m having is trying to figure out how to get a release of information to a client to be signed and the help videos are not very helpful. Sometimes I need to submit progress notes to insurance and I would like to be able to send those straight from my clients electronic chart to the insurance company, but I cannot figure out a way that I can do it through the platform. Again, another reason I would like to speak to someone about these issues and not have to wait for days at a time to get a callback from a customer service rep. Ensora has been extremely helpful in organizing notes and tracking year end reports. If we charged for services, it simplifies billing. I also like the way I can send intake forms to be completed prior to the first session, thus allowing more time to help the client.
