Monitoring of records is also userfriendly. **What do you dislike about Emsphere Time and Attendance?** As far as downside is concern, speed of application can be improved. **What problems is Emsphere Time and Attendance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Migration of time and attendance data to emsphere database. Attendance calculation time get reduced. The best improvement in new version is it has support for Computer, Mobile and Tab as well. It has a features like : 1. Graphical dashboard and report based on the provided filters. You can used filters like Last month, Date range, quartely, etc 2.Notification system is also good, it sends email for events like : Overdue timesheet, Time not filled for specific day, leave applied/approved/rejected/pending for approval. 3. It has self service portal for employee which helps to apply for leaves, apply for claim, apply for reimbursments, geting bonified for addredd verification, payslip download and many more. 4. One best thing in new version is that it has configurable and robust workflow and rule engine which helps to accomodate the rapid change request easily as per business needs. 5. Other features are like Complementery off management, Cafeteria and visitor management, Overtime and shift management. **What do you dislike about Emsphere Time and Attendance?** In old version (formally known as empower) of emSpheres Time and attendance management software has technical bugs listed below : 1. When end user on address change page press tab button to get into date field the page gets refreshed and all the filled data is vanished. 2. Some UI fields not visible on if the browser changed. 3. Inconsistent UI when switched between different browsers. 4. Tooltips are not completely visible when compared with different browsers. 5. Filters in attendance details have disappered if user hover on tab. In new version named as emForce has lot of features and all the above listed errors are resolved. New look and feel is given and has added functionality like customizable workflow. **Recommendations to others considering Emsphere Time and Attendance:** I will recommend to use newer emForce application wich is really good and have lot of functionality if compared with older version (empower). Its easy to integrate with existing ERP and payroll applications. **What problems is Emsphere Time and Attendance solving and how is that benefiting you?** The version we have used that empower is for day to day attendance management system and leave management system. Timesheet management and personal details management we used this software.
