Also this is very easy to use even if you are a biginner. **What do you dislike about EmployeeConnect?** I am unable to recall any cons for now. This is very impressive for me. But yes, there is always room from improvement in every system. **What problems is EmployeeConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using EmplyeesConnect, we significantly optimized our hiring, onboarding, and offboarding process. There are lot of portals are integrated like Monster, Dice and career builder. **What do you dislike about EmployeeConnect?** Sometimes I face issues in resume opening on dice and career builder. Other than this I don't think that I ever faced any issue. Rest is all good about Ceipal . **What problems is EmployeeConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** A lot.
