**What do you like best about EMS?**

The customer service is amazing. They taught me how to maintain my merchant accounts and stay compliant.

**What do you dislike about EMS?**

High fees because of high risk payment processing.

**What problems is EMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped me solve my employee monitoring problems. I had reps that would make fake calls or sit on a dead line, but once I could monitor them properly it stopped.
