They are extremely communicative and responsive. We met at the beginning of each week to discuss what functions/pages were being worked on that week as well as any roadblocks or decisions needed. After each meeting they provided notes and a recording of what was discussed. At the end of each week, they provided a detailed summary of what was completed and what, if any, problems arose. We communicated daily over Slack and they were always available to meet virtually for more in depth discussions as needed. The deliverable came out exactly as expected as they communicated progress, demos, and updates in real time throughout the entirety of the project. If you want to implement a change to the design, they discuss with the team to give you an estimated timeline and cost before you have to make any decisions. There were none - I had a great experience with them and look forward to continuing to use them as Spilt grows! They involved me with every decision big/small and always kept me updated verbally and in writing so I knew exactly how much progress was made at any given point. The only "negative" was working with the time difference - at some points I was in Hawaii and they were in Europe - but even during those times they went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule so it was never an issue.
