We have different types of manufacturing units and partners and have big number of channel sales partner. As per the type of order we match the order with right manufacturer.

Throughput the order process the sales partner manufacturing agent and supplier has to be in constant touch.

What do you like best about Emorphis Technologies?

Emorphis approach was really detail oriented, they knew what questions to ask in order to understand our business. They only started architecting the solution once they understood every minute detail of our business. Due to this approach, Emorphis managed to deliver a solution which is really helpful for us. What problems is Emorphis Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to optimize our operations yielding cycle (from order to delivery) and also wanted to streamline our sales process.

We did not much about the Salesforce ecosystem thus we wanted a partner who can do everything for us. And Emorphis did own everything and delivered a solution that has benefited the end client a lot. Before the salesforce implementation sales, marketing & operation processes were not integrated thus effectiveness was lacking, also the data was not centralized.

With the Salesforce solution implemented by Emorphis, the end client has improved their sales, marketing, and operation functions. The client is enjoying at least 27% increased lead conversion.
