# What are the top spa and salon management platforms for handling multiple locations?

Trying to figure out which tool actually holds up once you're past a single chair or single room. Anyone who's rolled one of these out across more than one site, curious what you landed on. Cross-checking a few names against the Spa and Salon Management category before I commit to a demo.

Zenoti — Best for multi-location medspa chains. Keeps scheduling, inventory, and KPI reporting synced across every site, though the depth of settings means new staff need real ramp-up time.

Boulevard — Best for salon groups with high-volume checkout. Lets multiple stylists check out clients at once and rolls reports up across locations, though the mobile app still trails the desktop version.

Vagaro — Best for businesses scaling from one location to several. Grows with you from a single chair to multiple sites, but forms, texting, and other add-ons stack up in cost as you expand.

Pabau — Best for multi-location medical spas and aesthetic clinics. Runs bookings, EMR, and marketing across clinic locations in one system, especially popular with UK-based practices, though the credit-based add-ons take some getting used to.

Worth noting: the more locations a tool is built to handle, the steeper the learning curve tends to get. Zenoti and Pabau both get called out for feeling like a lot during setup, and Vagaro and Boulevard users mention per-feature add-on costs creeping up as they scale. None of that is a dealbreaker, just budget time and money for onboarding.

If you've rolled one of these out across multiple locations, how long did onboarding actually take?

Anyone found a workaround for the extra per-location or per-feature fees?

Missing any tool that handles multi-location better than these four?

I’d want to know how much of onboarding has to be repeated for each additional location. The real multi-location test is whether staff permissions, services, pricing, inventory rules, and reporting structures can be standardized and rolled out centrally rather than rebuilt site by site. That would matter more to me than the initial setup time for location one.
