What do you like best?

I love how easy it is to navigate and use. We use the survey tool frequently and love its functionality. Emails look so much more polished and professional when you send them via emfluence. What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

Customer account rep is friendly and their physical offices are in the same city. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Technical support is limited and not customer centric, limited resources, no direct integration to CRM, no SMS platform, lack of bandwidth for custom integration which is needed because no api solutions, limited knowledge base or general users in the market making it hard to find talent to use tool. What do you like best?

The email setup is easy and is just plug and play. The social platform along with calendar allows you to maintain on schedule while showing any one else that is on the platform to view what is coming up. While leading the group I was also able to oversee and approve each email before it went out, something that Emfluence already has intergrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The email templates are far too simple and reduce or limit the ability to stand out from others in our market. The data that is shown is far too simple and the design of the data, while not as important, is extremely basic and difficult to easily present. The worst part is definetly the support system, while they are great it is difficult being charged hourly for something that I am already paying for; many other similar software platforms help in the initial setup. This is not the highest tier but it is definetly a push towards the right direction. This will allow you to learn the and improve your skills at a level that is beyond an initital or free software. Consider cost, it may be worth to try a free version before diving into a contract with emfluence, but once you have joined, their team helps maximize the use of the platform. What do you like best?

I really like how easy the marketing platform is to use. I expected it to be challenging to navigate and edit but in actuality, it's really easy to use. I was intimidated at first, but once I logged in, I realized how simple it was to add, edit, and place content within your platform.

What do you like best?

The ease of searching for content and being able to pull the information in detail. I don't use the full amount of emfluence except sourcing the people that we send emails to. I just have access to results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I am searching for a certain person, you have to match exact and not alternate ways of searching a name. I, again, don't use the email portion but I do wish there was an easier way to split up the territories or target market to make sending out a little easier than doing one email at a time. What do you like best?

The customization in creating a personalized message that can be sent to massive list of prospects has allowed me to generate and qualify leads that have driven my line of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the formatting can get thrown off in creating a campaign and will occasionally cause me to redo a project. What do you like best?

The platform is simple to use with a robust set of options to ensure your goals are met through automation, delivery and ultimately your ROI needs. As a mostly digital/social club, we saw event registrations and survey engagement soar each time we used the platform in advance of our programs. The time it takes for me to pull the reports from Real Green (3), reformat them, set up the file in emfluence, find that file in the long list of those done in the past, and attach the file to the template requires too much time. I have to do this for each day I am sending out and can sometimes take close to an hour. But I realize that the outcome is better than we have had in the past. What do you like best?

It is easy to use and the functions are endless. I think the workflow capability of the platform is incredible. It makes the process of creating campaigns very visual and easy to come up with concepts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The design platform is a little confusing to use. When I try to design layouts for emails, it feels very rigid and at times I have a hard time getting it to be perfectly responsive. I typically design things in Adobe software, so I am used to having free reign of what I am doing. I know that the rigid form is probably helpful to those who are professional creatives. It is not intuitive or user friendly. I needed to be trained on the tool, but in a pinch, you shouldn't need to be. Content is not easily loadable, and you don't get a URL to load content into HTML coded emails. Contacts are also not intuitive and you can't upload them quickly or clearly. I like the sizing of the email and the content blocks already built. I like the ability to drop in pictures to text box as well. I like that you can make a template that allows you to have a base built and add to it for different emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
