No, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles some of the industry leaders have, but I was personally surprised how close it is when I first began using it. Some features, like being able to easily make dynamic groups with a point-and-click query builder, are great - totally no-code. One thing I love about Emfluence is the support - it is truly excellent. The team is very responsive and knowledgable, and have even been able to make tweaks to the back-end configuration for my client's specific needs. You will not catch any of the bigger companies doing that! **What do you dislike about emfluence Marketing Platform?** Difficult to schedule your workflows (automated campaigns) - unlike other platforms, there's no capability to say "start on x date at y time." Rather, their continuously running, so you need to control contacts flowing through the workflow by controlling when they flow into a group. My other dislike is the rigid requirement that all custom attributes are stored only at the contact level, rather than the group level. In other words, any custom data points you want in the system have to be created on the contact record. While leading the group I was also able to oversee and approve each email before it went out, something that Emfluence already has intergrated. **What do you dislike about emfluence Marketing Platform?** The email templates are far too simple and reduce or limit the ability to stand out from others in our market. The data that is shown is far too simple and the design of the data, while not as important, is extremely basic and difficult to easily present.
