"Smooth workflow!"
What do you like best about Ember Software?

The workflow has been much smoother than our previous software. The reporting is also specifically for fire sprinkler which is perfect for us. There are a few details, like adding multiple items under 1 deficiency which we haven't been able to get to work as it should with a few other products.

Customer support has been extremely helpful and responsive. I really prefer having an account manager that I can email or even text if I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ember Software?

I would prefer to customize my reports but they are programmed on the backend. Engineering is doing this for me so it isn't a major issue, I just like to be able to modify if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Onboarding and Support from Ember, Still Adapting Proposal Workflow"
What do you like best about Ember Software?

My main concern throughout this experience was how the onboarding process would unfold and how long it would take to feel comfortable using the software. Ember and their team made the transition smooth, supporting us at every stage of onboarding and continuing to assist us even now, five months later. As our inspection department has expanded, the Ember team has developed customized inspection forms and documents that have supported our growth. In conclusion, I want to extend a special thank you to Adrian Villa, our customer support representative from Ember. I truly cannot say enough about how helpful and supportive he has been throughout this process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ember Software?

At the moment, we are not making full use of Ember software. We continue to rely on our previous method for writing proposals on deficiencies, which has made it a bit challenging to develop our own process for resolving these issues within the program. "Effortless Setup and Exceptional Support Enhance Productivity"
What do you like best about Ember Software?

I appreciate the easy setup of Ember Software, which was not difficult and very simple. The customer service was great, answering all our questions and showing us how to operate and set up the software. I find the software's ability to solve our scheduling issues invaluable, making us much more efficient in scheduling jobs. The software improved my field's ability to get jobs done quickly and efficiently. I have already opted to purchase it again, which speaks volumes for its value. What do you dislike about Ember Software?

What do you like best about Ember Software?

"This will be our companies forever inspection software."
What do you like best about Ember Software?

Ember makes the field to office transition seamless, and the office to customer/AHJ transition even easier. I can turn a failed inspection report into a proposal, a ComplianceEngine submission, and an email to the customer in less than 5 minutes from the time it was submitted by the technician. They are responsive to tickets, they push useful features regularly, and they even did our office and technician trainings in person because we were close enough to their home office. What do you dislike about Ember Software?
