The workflow has been much smoother than our previous software. The reporting is also specifically for fire sprinkler which is perfect for us. There are a few details, like adding multiple items under 1 deficiency which we haven't been able to get to work as it should with a few other products.
Customer support has been extremely helpful and responsive. I really prefer having an account manager that I can email or even text if I need.
