In short, the best thing to like about Embed Social is whoever is in charge of hiring is phenomenal at their job. I've worked with Teo and Antonia and can't say enough about how well they performed both during the video calls and the speed and accuracy with which they provided solutions via email. Yes, the software is impressive, reliable, and does a great job of making short work of big tasks. But finding the right people to represent your company, to know your product like they created it, and treating your customers as if they were their own... that's rare. Major kudos all around. If I was forced to say something I dislike about Embed Social, the only thing I would agree to is that perhaps the onboarding could be easier. But even that comment is weak given that any software onboarding could be easier for some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
