**What do you like best about elvan.ai?**

I appreciate how straightforward the setup process is, as well as how quickly I can create surveys. The user interface is intuitive and accessible, making it easy for anyone to use. Additionally, the AI-generated summaries save me time and are extremely helpful. It also has all the features I need without being too complicated.

**What do you dislike about elvan.ai?**

Initially, I found it somewhat challenging to discover and trust Opin since it was still relatively new. However, after thoroughly exploring many customer feedback tools available, I realized that this one fit my needs better and offered excellent value for money.

**What problems is elvan.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has helped me gain a deeper understanding of my users and the sentiment driving their actions. The AI features, in particular, have made it easier for me to identify both the challenges our customers were experiencing and the aspects of our products they truly appreciated. As a result, I now have greater clarity and confidence when making decisions that directly contribute to our growth.

It is lightweight, easy to use and simple. The ai summaries are very useful too.

I wish there was a Zendesk integration as well.

Setting up the system was straightforward, making it simple for me to collect customer feedback without any hassle. The AI summary feature handles the manual tasks I would have needed to do myself, saving me time. Overall, it's fast and cost-effective.
