The ability to create faceless videos (using Studio) from a simple script and add automatic captions makes video creation quick and easy. Being able to dub the videos into multiple languages without having to create new versions is also very helpful.

I also love how you can easily edit and resize items within a video. I have created my own voices and used default ones based on video type. I've used 11Labs voices integrated with my HeyGen training videos. It allowed me to modify the voices selected to match the video perfectly!

11Labs offers all of the features and functionality I need to complete my projects on time and I have not had any issues. Ease of use, speed to production allowed me to complete more projects at a time.

Voice cloning creates a completely different security problem. Once employees/executives can create realistic synthetic voices, impersonation, social engineering, authorization and consent controls become important. I'd treat voice identities almost like governed digital assets. Data governance isn't automatically solved by buying Enterprise. Zero Retention has to be configured appropriately, and it isn't available across every ElevenLabs product.
