  ### 1. A staffing tool that combines resources and skills, that gets the job done

**What do you like best about eLamp?**

The ELAMP Staffing tool allows you to staff teams based on several criteria (skills, distance, experience, availability...), it meets the need while being pleasant to use. We do not use (except in exceptional cases) the other modules.

**What do you dislike about eLamp?**

The tool is still under construction - there are few input restrictions, which allows users to misuse it. We need to work on implementing these restrictions to prevent the entry of undesirable data into the tool.

**What problems is eLamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool allows any user with rights in the tool to staff projects based on objective criteria regarding resources, taking into account each person's availability. It is the digitalization of team staffing that was previously done on an Excel file, without the possibility of sharing.

**What do you like best about eLamp?**

- Intuitive and user-friendly interface
- Trusting relationship with customer support
- Autonomy and simplicity in managing the skills repository
- Interfaces that work between the HRIS and elamp

**What do you dislike about eLamp?**

- Extraction of non-exhaustive data autonomously
- Lack of data export functionality
- No regular copying of the production environment to the test database

**What problems is eLamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Self-assessment of employees' skills, skills assessment by managers, skills mapping and gap analysis (held skills and target), projection on jobs / career pathways

**What do you like best about eLamp?**

ADP and Workday had too broad of a use case for us. We wanted a tool for leadership training based on certain skills. It was easy to set up and track.

**What do you dislike about eLamp?**

Not a lot if integration options. We didnt want to manage two HR systems.

**What problems is eLamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By quantifying  training to business objectives, it ket us show the impact of skills education.
