**What do you like best about EisenVault?**

1. Robust Security Measures: It's a helpful tool as it helps to keep my information confidential & secure all the time. It has a robust encryption algorithms & multi-factor authentication system.
2. Seamless Integration: It integrates my existing CRM software or collaborates with team members using different tools.
3. Efficient Data Organization: It helps me to categorize, tag & search for specific files & information quickly.
4. User-Friendly Interface: It has an intutive & user-friendly interface that makes navigation seamless.

**What do you dislike about EisenVault?**

1. Pricing Structure: For small businesses or startups with limited budgets, the pricing structure may pose a problem compared to competitors.
2. Mobile App Limitations: It offers a mobile application, but its functionality is limited compared to the desktop version. Expanded features & offline access would be beneficial.

**What do you like best about EisenVault?**

EisenVault has most features that an enterprise requires in a document management solution. One can easily search for stored documents, kick off workflows, ocr in multiple languages. Additionally, the team is very professional and prompt in their interactions.

**What do you dislike about EisenVault?**

The product does its stuff well. Its UI could have been a lot more colorful and vibrant. Would suggest improving the user interface

**What problems is EisenVault solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EisenVault is helping us have a central repository of all important documents. Helps us manage and track contracts and document expiry. We receive vendor and employee documents directly with metadata into the system
