I also believe the Eightfold Chrome Extension does not accurately match a candidate's profile with appropriate open positions. When visiting different LinkedIn Profiles, it always seems to say the candidate is a match for "Business Analyst". **Recommendations to others considering Eightfold AI:** Click around, create Reqs, experiment and ask questions! I have had postings with over 10K applicants and there is never an efficient way to review the candidates from our ATS. Eightfold allows me to review top rated candidates that match our ideal profile easily and quickly. Even simply viewing a profile is faster and more efficient than review a profile in our ATS. The ability to stack rank talent and move them within our ATS is a time saver and allows us to fairly review every candidate as they come in. **What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?** I wish there are more filters available for our system. This is especially true around internal applicants. While working internal only postings, it would be a great to be able to stack rank the internal profiles who are submitted to the hiring teams. **Recommendations to others considering Eightfold AI:** I don't see the system needing more function. We were still in the implementation phase so I know there are some features that weren't activated or were activated at the end of our testing cycle. One of the features that I was excited to see added was matching our questions from the application to Eightfold. **What problems is Eightfold AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problems I am solving is bias to companies or profiles based on previous people hired. If there is an employee that isn't performing well, that can translate into a bias whether intentional or not. This program allows us to take that out of the equation but being able to review a candidate's score over just more recent employer especially when it is around a high volume posting. I have been using the tool to short list and track the candidates in a high volume posting that is currently over 20K applicants. Using all the filters that are available and sharing only top talent to my team for additional screening and taking an extremely manual process and making it more streamlined. ### 6. On a monthly basis, we send diversity reports from Eightfold to our hiring managers to keep a pulse on diversity recruiting trends. The dashboard is super intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and gives us really good insight for our D&I efforts. The campaign aspect of Eightfold has also been extremely useful for our team. We are able to mass email very specific lists and prospects within our talent community. They have also added new features to the campaign tool to make to customize the email with various links, sections, photos, etc. Lastly, their metrics breakdown of campaigns are super in depth - going all the way to who has applied through the campaign. **What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?** Have not seen a ton of ROI within the sourcing part of the platform but the other features definitely outweigh this piece. **What problems is Eightfold AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Visibility into diversity recruiting stats and ability to send nurture campaigns to large talent pools for various reasons. ### 7. Being able to eliminate candidates who are not qualified but solely applied to the brand not necessarily the role. Having the data visualization at a click of a button to understand exactly what your pipeline looks like. Being able to calibrate each position and share those calibrations when hiring for similar roles is extremely helpful and easy to build off of Job Descriptions provided. Also being able to share calibration with the hiring manager for review. **What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?** I dislike having to double check whether the calibration is accurately grading candidates. And that I can only send a rejection email 'the next business day at 9am". If I were able to set an exact time of when I could send an email I'd prefer that because I don't want to reject candidates over the weekend or at the end of the week. **Recommendations to others considering Eightfold AI:** This product is definitely worth it if you are working high volume roles or want to dig deeper into your talent pool past and present to get a high level overview as well as a deep dive into who a candidate is, where their experience lies. If Diversity hiring is a consideration for your team this tool can help you achieve the goals you and your talent acquisition team have laid out. **What problems is Eightfold AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** High volume roles: being able to eliminate dozens (if not hundreds) of candidates that are unqualified. I appreciate how quick they are to offer support - they sent somebody on-site to meet with us the day we launched a new piece of their platform. Additionally, the system is incredibly user-friendly. It was easy to learn how to utilize the site and it's background features. It's easy to see how candidates rank and the collaboration piece is streamlined and easy to use. I also like that I can keep notes in the collaboration notes area and reference them. I also like being able to tag certain positions so they show up at the top of the list. **What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?** I dislike having to scroll over to view candidates - its harder to navigate and you can't filter out certain columns. Please build a mechanism to showcase the same. The algorithm can only evaluate what the candidate has stated in terms of his / her goodness (i.e. skills and achievements) on their profile. Can the tool do initial screening of the candidate through a Bot ? **Recommendations to others considering Eightfold AI:** Expect a great interaction with a super responsive management team and engineers that understand your problems and are willing to evolve their product basis your requirements. **What problems is Eightfold AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Masking of profiles at the screening stage allows me to state that our hiring process is free of bias. The auto-match feature of the AI engine helps us to segregate quality profiles, thereby enhancing the efficiency and productivity of our recruiters. It also helps us to transparently activate and evaluate the internal talent match with open requisitions. Getting a nudge for internal openings tells employees that the organization actually cares for them and is keen to showcase opportunities to them internally, rather than losing them to the external world. ### 20. Also, this is a "one stop shop". I love how Taleo is linked , shows which roles they have applied to and any notes that were added. As well as how it qualifies the candidate based on the calibration that was done. Last but not least, I LOVE how you can send the candidate over to the hiring leader with just one click. **What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?** When you step status someone, it takes a while for it to change. **What problems is Eightfold AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** No major problems apart from the step status-ing takes while to upload. Great benefits exist in searching via gender to recruit with diversity as a prime priority + with searching by average tenure of the last 3 roles, as this can screen out short-term contracting or inconsistently tenured candidates. ### 23. Eightfold is also able to find candidate contact information to increase the likelihood of responses. They even offer additional sourcing support! **What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?** The downside here is that it doesn't aggregate profiles from outside of your ATS database, unless you request EFN leads. **What problems is Eightfold AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're solving our complications with diversity sourcing and re-routing referrals and candidates already in our database to open roles. We've used the matching AI and EFN sourcing leads to save our recruiters time, and have seen a significant increase in response rate using candidate's email addresses to contact them, personalized messages, and automatic follow-up emails. ### 28. The campaign feature (especially the drip campaign) will be very helpful as we continue to build pipelines. **What do you dislike about Eightfold AI?** I wish that we could drag and drop resumes from the tool to email and that it could search public sites to find additional talent without manual intervention. I am excited about future enhancements, including ones for campus and event recruiting. **Recommendations to others considering Eightfold AI:** It's an easy-to-use tool that is intuitive. Know what systems you want it to integrate with. If you tend to be risk averse, come prepared with your own action plan of how you want to do the system integration and product launch. Request User Acceptance Testing with your CSM prior to handing over your API key **What problems is Eightfold AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our main problem that the platform is solving is that our ATS made it really difficult to revisit talent that had interviewed with us in the past. A true AI platform should also automatically calibrate against anything that I am filtering out, not just filtering for. **What problems is Eightfold AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem we set out on was to replace the need for sourcers. We looked at Eightfold to offset that cost. If we were assessing Eightfold as an employee, as in the sourcer name was Eightfold, the ROI would not meet the standards for a sourcer. ### 41.
