I was a small practice owner who was seeking the EHR system that will not make a hole in my pocket and make me do deep to my wallets. For running my clinic, EHR 24/7 is a perfect fit, and it comes along with the necessary tools to handle patient’s records and invoicing. **What do you dislike about EHR 24/7® by Office Ally?** The downside to using EHR 24/7 is in the possible occasions that the servers may experience downtime. It is not a major issue, but when it arises, it disturbs the efficient supply chain and time may be wasted that has an impact of delaying patient care. The last but not least dataset outage is the main cause of these stress as the access to patient records is crucial. **What problems is EHR 24/7® by Office Ally solving and how is that benefiting you?** My practice has turned around 180 degrees EHR full-time. A smart system Shrewdly allows me to record up and manage appointments and electronically submit the claims, without strain. These have greatly reduced the practice time and made everything succinct and very efficient. ### 2. There’s no need to adjust spreadsheets or screen submissions. Officeally is intelligent enough to do most of its own qc screening, and will prompt you to make necessary changes to claim submissions. **What do you dislike about EHR 24/7® by Office Ally?** Whenever there is an adjudication issue, officeally makes it difficult to resubmit within the program. It will keep submissions from going out of it believes it a secondary claim, or a duplicate. **What problems is EHR 24/7® by Office Ally solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’re solving nearly all billing issues. Sometimes when we send in billing information it does not go through and there is a huge learning curve when using this product.
