The downside to using EHR 24/7 is in the possible occasions that the servers may experience downtime. It is not a major issue, but when it arises, it disturbs the efficient supply chain and time may be wasted that has an impact of delaying patient care. I like that office ally has an intelligent import function. There’s no need to adjust spreadsheets or screen submissions. It is extremely confusing and all the billing does not work correctly all the time. Sometimes when we send in billing information it does not go through and there is a huge learning curve when using this product. With proper and extensive training the program will be most efficient.
