It was easy to setup. The sample response generation was quite helpful to see how we would be receiving responses.

As we are implementing this system first time in the Company, the walkthrough helped us to define questions well.

The responses are also monitored by AI to ensure no false inputs are captures, as prompts the users to answer by rephrasing the questions. This makes the feedback capture as if someone is next to the user to make them answer effectively.
