**What do you like best about eDispatches?**

I love this app it definitely is a great app to communicate with colleagues, answer fast, receive calls quickly, and it makes the process of communicating within the job very efficient. I never had a problem with the app.

**What do you dislike about eDispatches?**

The only thing that would make this Up better was if it would be possible to add a page or a notification to the app that gets delivered directly to the cell phone. Is overall an amazing app but would be better if it connected to the phone in order to make the notification process more effective and efficient.

**What problems is eDispatches solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the app I am solving problems communicating with my coworkers efficiently. Not many problems, but rather this app has solved communication issues with coworkers and made the process of communicating on the job very easy and efficient.

I like how easy the set up is, but I also appreciate the quality of the app.

There are no complaints from me or my employer.

medical emergencies- this app has benefitted those who need assistance that live alone
