**What do you like best about EDGE?**

The edge is a great forum for retail purposes such as keep tracking of ongoing orders, inventory, custom repairs/orders, sales reports, and keeping tracking of customer data. I like how easy it is to navigate and clear all of the tab options are. It's quick and simple to use.

**What do you dislike about EDGE?**

The Edge can improve on notifications regarding due dates for repairs.

**What problems is EDGE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All business problems regarding inventory and cost of product analysis.

**What do you like best about EDGE?**

I love that the edge is constantly innovating their software, new features are constantly comming out to make the program ever more complete. The edge understands retail jewelry store and its a perfect fit in every aspect to our store

**What do you dislike about EDGE?**

Their technical support team could be better, i dislike having to wait so long to get answers on certain minor problems that arise sometimes in the daily routine.

**What problems is EDGE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing more than one store at a time can be difficult, especially when you deal with inventory. Their software seemlessly connects both my stores and gives amazing and complete reports for everything business related

**What do you like best about EDGE?**

Edge allows you to be easily connected with phone numbers and emails to send receipts, take payments and follow up with customers.
Easily send automatic review invites upon checkout makes it hassle-free. Keeping track of customer history and past jobs is super simple while going through the customer's activity. Everything is labeled well and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about EDGE?**

Not a whole lot to dislike about the Edge; it is very user-friendly and straightforward to train an employee to use the Edge.

**What problems is EDGE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to utilize having multiple customer accounts open, being able to cross reference between them. The connectivity in both sides of the Edge has allowed ease of work flow

**What do you like best about EDGE?**

Edge is strong as a CRM and inventory management. The Edge has great ability to track and store customer transactions giving report and insight data into customer buying totals and purchases. I'd say the strongest feature of the Edge is it's inventory management aspect. Strong reporting capabilities and insights into cost, sales performance and profits.

**What do you dislike about EDGE?**

Edge is not strong as a sales system of record. Meaning, is limited on creating tasks, reminders or features where your sales associates would document phone calls, emails or anything outside of an actual purchase.

**Recommendations to others considering EDGE:**

Overall the Edge is a strong inventory management system as well as a database for purchases. Not too strong as a outbound sales system of record like a salesforce.

**What problems is EDGE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Edge solved most if not all of our inventory problems. Edge had super strong customer support. Generally you would submit a request to get helped and would receive a call a few hours later. It was mostly needing to download most recent version.

The edge is awesome , it has such a great way of having all of your business items in one place. The vendor info, the point of sale, and the customer support. 

**What do you dislike about EDGE?**

Very few things that I dislike about the edge, only if it is slow.

I love it, it is one of the easiest POS systems I have ever encountered

It has everything you need within one page as I stated before

very few things that I dislike, but for the most part I love everything

**What do you like best about EDGE?**

I recommend it to anyone that asks about the software.  There is SO MUCH that it can do for you.  If you are in the jewelry industry the software is a must have.  It does so much on the surface, and even more if you dig down and understand what it's really capable of.

**What do you dislike about EDGE?**

There's not much to dislike.  I can't think of anything. 

**What problems is EDGE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's the only software we need and use.  It integrates with our website so all of our pictures and inventory are on our site without any complications.  We used other information groups, but have discontinued that as the Edge does it all.

**What do you like best about EDGE?**

The Edge's POS system allows us to have all of our customer and vendor information together with our inventory in one place. Most everything we do as a jewelry business is facilitated and simplified by working through The Edge.

**What do you dislike about EDGE?**

Because we rely on the system so heavily, it is very difficult to deal with system outages, which happen fairly regularly. We also have had problems accessing their customer service because we are open at times where their customer service is closed, and we tend to have problems with The Edge at those times. Also, there are certain limitations to the program that force you to work in a very systematic way instead of what might be intuitive.

**Recommendations to others considering EDGE:**

The more information you populate The Edge with, the more useful it becomes. HOWEVER, keep hard copies of things on hand in case it crashes.

**What problems is EDGE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to keep a record of our client's repairs and purchases on this system, as well as where everything is in our store. It allows us to make our clients feel comfortable that we have control over all of their pieces at every moment.

The layout is very easy to use. No need on any type of explanation from anyone its so easy

Proprietary so no one else has this CRM.

The inventory management reports are my favorite.

No pictures on the levels reports. Makes it difficult at times.

This software can really allow.your business to expand. Thinking about a plan Very thoroughly for catergories and different aspects is crucial to avoiding future problems.

Clienteling abilities and wish lists help to gain sales volume.

Makes estimating easier. Easy to get accurate bids out the door.

It's not very user friendly when it comes to the project management aspect.

Try QuickBid from OnCenter Software first. Much better for all around performance.
