Edge is strong as a CRM and inventory management. The Edge has great ability to track and store customer transactions giving report and insight data into customer buying totals and purchases. I'd say the strongest feature of the Edge is it's inventory management aspect. Strong reporting capabilities and insights into cost, sales performance and profits. What do you dislike?
Edge is not strong as a sales system of record. Meaning, is limited on creating tasks, reminders or features where your sales associates would document phone calls, emails or anything outside of an actual purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Edge solved most if not all of our inventory problems. Edge had super strong customer support. Generally you would submit a request to get helped and would receive a call a few hours later. It was mostly needing to download most recent version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
