## About EcosAgile PEOPLE
EcosAgile People centralizes employee HR documentation throughout the employment lifecycle, from hire to termination. HR Analytics & KPI provides visual tools and dynamic reports for data-driven HR management, including reporting, dashboards and interactive pivot tables based on system data updated in real time. The record can contain personal, tax and contractual data, employment letters, changes, duties and job classification, time and attendance, leave, sickness and business travel documents, as well as payslips, annual tax statements, certificates, learning, safety, performance reviews and termination documents. The system supports role-based access, auditability and document retention management.
