Although it isn’t intuitively designed, I do appreciate that the welcome page isn't cluttered. Generating reports is nice too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Might be our own implementation, but HTML features break on certain web browsers. The navigation tool expansion can only be done if you hit a 1x1 pixel area precisely. The navigation pane collapses when I don't want it too (I can't go to something else and quickly get back to my original spot). Doesn't seem to integrate with other systems well (again could be our implementation). And is there a Business Impact Analysis module? It would be great to have that. Also within sections, the layout is just confusing. The report generated reads better than the layout of a live section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
