Configuring the software is not user friendly and have to call for support for simple changes. Their software updates break features that have been previously configured without notice. We have issues with schedules all the time and ongoing support tickets without resolution. The website and app freeze whether on a desktop or mobile device. When we have issues during payroll support never gets back to us on payroll down situations. They don’t seem to care for urgency when asked to escalate the ticket. I like all the features that are available. It is helpful that I can check in real-time whether or not I have clocked in or out, as sometimes I may have forgotten if I clocked in for work or out for lunch. I like that this software offers the ability for staff to utilize a mobile app to manage their time and punches. It makes it very easy for staff to monitor hours worked, also very easy to identify any missed punches even from the convenience of home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

App can sometimes be glitchy and sometimes need to be reset, this is very infrequent occurrence and rare. Overall there isn’t much to dislike as it is a great system and cant think of anything else that needs to be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While I am okay with the simplicity of the platform, there are too many glitches that tend to be frustrating for both my HR team as well as plant management. I am also not impressed with the level of customer service I receive every time I call for assistance. I never receive a follow-up to any issues that need resolved and the system never loads properly. To review 15 individuals, the system takes approximately 10 seconds to load each timecard which can be a huge headache for my supervisors who have to approve 30+ people. Even when I call in for instruction on how to set up things in the system, I still have tons of issues which lead to me having to call back in anyways. We operate in a multi-state environment (incl. CA). The ability to program different OT calculations based on EE location is invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that easy clocking time clocks can be used as just a basic time keeping system or can be used to integrate Time Keeping, Time Off Benefits, Scheduling, and even Absence Tracking all together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that users are not notified of system updates. We pull our time records from EZClock to be imported into our payroll system. We have run into issues with these reports changing formats without notice and have to find workarounds sometimes.
