Their software updates break features that have been previously configured without notice. We have issues with schedules all the time and ongoing support tickets without resolution. The website and app freeze whether on a desktop or mobile device. When we have issues during payroll support never gets back to us on payroll down situations. They don’t seem to care for urgency when asked to escalate the ticket. **What problems is WorkEasy Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Timekeeping ### 2. It is helpful that I can check in real-time whether or not I have clocked in or out, as sometimes I may have forgotten if I clocked in for work or out for lunch. I have not used the messaging system yet, but I like that it is an option. The schedule feature is also helpful, as is the simple benefit time features. **What do you dislike about WorkEasy Software?** I can't think of anything that I dislike about EasyClocking. **What problems is WorkEasy Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** If I ever think I forgot to clock in or out at work, I can always pull out my phone and check in real-time whether or not I have used the time clock. I also like that the benefits time page keeps all the previously used benefit time on display. It is an excellent record to have. ### 3. It makes it very easy for staff to monitor hours worked, also very easy to identify any missed punches even from the convenience of home. **What do you dislike about WorkEasy Software?** App can sometimes be glitchy and sometimes need to be reset, this is very infrequent occurrence and rare. Overall there isn’t much to dislike as it is a great system and cant think of anything else that needs to be improved. **Recommendations to others considering WorkEasy Software:** Very nice system for a fast paced environment, love the fact that they have a mobile phone app!! **What problems is WorkEasy Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** This app has helped with overall employee accountability and time management, allows employees to be aware of overtime potential and discuss with their manager. ### 4. You Get What You Pay For **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mining & Metals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2020 **What do you like best about WorkEasy Software?** I am okay with the simplicity of the platform even though this seems to be meant for very small organizations. **What do you dislike about WorkEasy Software?** While I am okay with the simplicity of the platform, there are too many glitches that tend to be frustrating for both my HR team as well as plant management. I am also not impressed with the level of customer service I receive every time I call for assistance. I never receive a follow-up to any issues that need resolved and the system never loads properly. To review 15 individuals, the system takes approximately 10 seconds to load each timecard which can be a huge headache for my supervisors who have to approve 30+ people. Even when I call in for instruction on how to set up things in the system, I still have tons of issues which lead to me having to call back in anyways. I would definitely not recommend this feature to any organization, big or small. **What problems is WorkEasy Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been waiting for a call back for months on a vacation rollover issue as well as many other issues related to time off policies. I am also realizing the lack of capability there is on this platform. ### 5. CA). The ability to program different OT calculations based on EE location is invaluable. **What do you dislike about WorkEasy Software?** Multiple repot generating options are great, but we do wish there were better ways to create custom reports. Also, the limitation to 30 day windows for some reports seems unnecessarily restrictive. **Recommendations to others considering WorkEasy Software:** Be sure your WiFi is dependable before installing. **What problems is WorkEasy Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a light manufacturing company with a very diverse staff. As such there are a lot of "wildcards" among our employees. EasyClocking with multiple terminals has really tightened up our time tracking abilities to the point of virtually no errors every pay cycle. This alone has strengthened our company's compliance standing and reduced stress and anxiety for our HR dept. and managers! ### 6. We pull our time records from EZClock to be imported into our payroll system. We have run into issues with these reports changing formats without notice and have to find workarounds sometimes. Having software update notices would help us be aware of changes and be more prepared. **What problems is WorkEasy Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past, our company ran into issues with "buddy punching", employees clocking in for each other. With the EZClocks we have we were able to easily switch from physical time cards to fingerprint scans to punching in and out for the day. We were able to eliminate employees clocking in and out for each other without having to buy additional access or equipment, which is pretty rare these days. ### 7. It's easy for the employees, because they can clock in through a station with a browser, or they can even use an app. **What do you dislike about WorkEasy Software?** There are a few small quirks, but it definitely outweighs the cons, and the price is one you can't beat! It's not intuitive when using as a department manager. It is particularly difficult when using it in conjunction with a time clock, and the employee forgets to log in or out.
