It provides a structured workflow from requisition to approval, which reduces off-contract spending and improves compliance. The platform makes it easier for business users to raise purchase requests without needing deep ERP knowledge, while procurement teams retain oversight through approval hierarchies and spend tracking. This balance between usability and governance is a major advantage. I also appreciate the transparency it brings to vendor management and purchase tracking. Having clear audit trails, real-time status updates, and spend visibility helps reduce bottlenecks and improve turnaround time. Overall, it improves efficiency, standardization, and accountability across procurement operations. **What do you dislike about e-Procure?** One of the main challenges with e-Procure is that the user experience can sometimes feel rigid or less intuitive, especially for occasional users. While the system is strong on control and compliance, navigating multiple approval layers or fields can slow down the process. Customization can also be limited depending on how the system is configured. Making changes to workflows or approval hierarchies may require administrative support, which reduces agility. In some cases, reporting and analytics are not as dynamic as expected, and deeper spend analysis may require external tools or manual extraction. Overall, while e-Procure supports governance and structure effectively, improving usability, flexibility, and reporting capabilities would enhance the experience significantly. **What problems is e-Procure solving and how is that benefiting you?** e-Procure solves the problem of fragmented and uncontrolled purchasing by centralizing the entire requisition-to-order process into a structured, policy-driven workflow. In large enterprise environments, especially when handling indirect spend categories like lab consumables, IT supplies, and office materials, uncontrolled purchasing can lead to budget leakage, maverick spend, and compliance risks. e-Procure enforces approval hierarchies, budget checks, and vendor controls before a purchase is finalized, which significantly reduces those risks. It also improves visibility. Instead of chasing emails or manual approvals, I could track requisition status in real time, identify bottlenecks, and ensure SLAs were met. This directly reduced processing delays and improved stakeholder satisfaction. From a governance perspective, the audit trail and centralized documentation made compliance and reporting much easier. It helped ensure policy adherence while still enabling operational efficiency. Overall, e-Procure turned procurement from a reactive, manual process into a controlled, transparent, and measurable operation which benefited me by improving efficiency, accountability, and cross-functional coordination. ### 2. I already used some other platform and that was a waste of time and money. Then I have seen somewhere this e-Procurement & thank you e-Procure for helping me.
