This is Tyson with E-junkie, sorry we saw your review here so late. Unlike many online services, we're always glad to help our clients sort out any issues if they contact us about it.
The IP block you encountered is a security feature to prevent crooks clearing out your inventory in case of inadvertent mis-configuration allowing unintended Free Checkouts. If you're using Free Checkout for testing, you can lift the block on your own IP by signing out of our Dashboard and back in again.
We would have gladly helped you sort out the problem with that buyer who had download trouble. Perhaps the email with their link wound up in their Spam folder, or perhaps they had an Apple iOS device, which (up until iOS 11) won't download a file if the device has no app installed that can open that type of file; this was the most common download issue until iOS 11 finally included a Files app that can handle files of unknown types.
Issuing links to files on Dropbox/etc. allows buyers to share that link with others, who can then visit it directly to download without paying you first. Passwords only work when the user can be trusted not to share the password along with the link; otherwise, it's like putting a padlock on something but leaving the key in the lock.
To avoid that problem, we issue each buyer a unique link that expires, so even a shared link soon becomes useless for everyone. We can also deter sharing of PDF files by stamping the buyer's name, email address, and unique Transaction ID on every page of their download.
Drop us a line if you'd like to give us another chance; we'd be glad to revive your old account and products for a new free trial period. :-)
