It makes improvements in user experience, that makes it exceptional for device connectivity and automating little things. **What do you dislike about E.D.D.I?** The potential negative sides of E.D.D.I are the compability issues with older devices, and the requirement of reliable internet connection. The data security and privacy also becomes problematic when multiple devices are connected simultaneously. **What problems is E.D.D.I solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has solved the issue of device fragmentation and device control. Its a common platform for device connection. It also eliminates the common problems faced with home automation which in turn elevates positive user experience. ### 2.
