**What do you like best about Dylan Gray Consulting?**

DGC - Dylan specifically is very dedicated to making sure we get the answer to our problems in the way we envisioned. He is easy to reach, and very kind. His team is very diverse, and we have yet to have a need for something he cannot answer.

**What do you dislike about Dylan Gray Consulting?**

There was a member of DGC last year that was non-responsive to issues she was assigned to. However, Dylan took the matter in hand and I do not believe that member is employed by DGC anymore.

**Recommendations to others considering Dylan Gray Consulting:**

Make sure your needs are very clearly articulated and written down.

**What problems is Dylan Gray Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DGC helped us with our Pardot launch and customization. Certain things were difficult for us to implement (ie. forms and landing pages), and DGC helped create this for us. They also helped train me on the usages of Pardot, and sponsored a training class for me.
