**What do you like best about Duck Creek Platform?**

Comprehensive insurance management system. One stop shop of policy, claims and agency management system. Very user friendly and provides next level analytics

**What do you dislike about Duck Creek Platform?**

Longer lead time to implement. Costly product and add ons are also expensive like Statistical module.

**What problems is Duck Creek Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**
