**What do you like best about dTIMS Platform?**

Ability to incorporate multiple assets within the same platform.

**What do you dislike about dTIMS Platform?**

No ability to calculate life-cycle cost of managing each asset within the network. 

**Recommendations to others considering dTIMS Platform:**

Compare other enterprise asset management solutions out there before choosing the platform that is best suited for your agency.

**What problems is dTIMS Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transportation  Infrastructure asset management is the primary use that I am familiar with.

**What do you like best about dTIMS Platform?**

Great customer support. The product can hold so much data and still work efficiently.

**What do you dislike about dTIMS Platform?**

The system crashes constantly on me. I am running a past version (9.5) and not the newest version (BA). 

**What problems is dTIMS Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planning out road program (TAMP, MAP21). Ability to dive and grab data for any road for any year we have data on it.
