What do you like best about Dromo?

We are a software consulting business and have used Dromo for a number of clients. All of them are happy paying customers now. I wish all companies were like Dromo - Jeff on the support team is so incredibly helpful. Their engineering team is exteremly responsive to questions, and even feature requests.

We've compared them against Flatfile and OneSchema a couple of times and they honestly are the most reliable and consistent between the group. The main thing I appreicate is their pricing transparency - the other companies have shifted how they charge over the years. Fixed price and unlimited everything. 10/10 would recommend. "Keeps getting better"

What do you like best about Dromo?

Dromo keeps getting better over time. The migration to V2 in particular was notably smooth (we scheduled two days for it just in case, and it only took a few minutes).

What do you dislike about Dromo?

Honestly, there's not much to dislike about Dromo, especially when compared to our previous process for importing data, which was a major headache. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dromo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our previous data importer ran server-side and produced a dense error report that confused many users. Dromo allowed us to quickly shift all of the validation work to a front end UI, which has made the process significantly more transparent and reduced the tedium for our users.

Among the solutions we considered, Dromo was by far the fastest to implement. The fact that it just works without requiring constant attention or intervention is a massive benefit for us, as it allows our small team to focus on other critical tasks. What do you like best about Dromo?

We don't have to think about data importing anymore

Importing data from customers is a chore, and my team wants to spend as little time thinking about it as possible. Initially we were told by higher-ups to pick a different vendor, but after evaluating all the options, Dromo was by far the most straightforward choice: it is the easiest to get started, has the cleanest development process, and has the least hassle in its pricing model (the true unlimited-usage plan and multiyear price guarantees means we rarely have to think about the price at all). The Dromo team is also super responsive. Whenever we've had issues, they've been quick to resolve them. And the importer itself is solid - it just works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dromo?

Initially, we felt that it could use better styling. However, this was improved when they released Version 2. Also, it wasn't clear at first how to conditionally add columns at the review step, but they showed us how to do this with step hooks. These were minor issues that they quickly addressed. What problems is Dromo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Dromo, we were using a lightweight homegrown spreadsheet upload feature that was too limited. We were always worried about it breaking, or struggling to find time to build out missing features. Now that we use Dromo, we never worry about importing and can reallocate that time to our core business. We just don't have to think about Dromo that much, and we like it that way. The Dromo uploader is an excellent tool. It is easy to use and comes with comprehensive documentation. It seamlessly integrates into your website, making the process of uploading and validating files very easy for the user. Additionally, the documentation provided by Dromo is top-notch, with clear and concise instructions on how to implement and customize the uploader to suit your specific needs. CSS customization options could use some tweaking. Out of the box, the Dromo uploader offers good levels of customization. Making it usable with tailwind would be a real plus. Improving the ability for users to CSS-coat their Dromo uploaders would offer another powerful way to let users better fit their uploader into their already-defined website design choices. "Tidy up your CSV data with Dromo"

What do you like best about Dromo?

Dromo's dashboard based no-code schema editor makes it super easy for non technical team members to craft schemas that CSV data should conform to. This lets you quickly get started with validation and makes it very easy for developers to maintain a low-code integration for CSV uploads.

What do you like best about Dromo?

Dromo was incredibly easy to implement and now we're never going back to having to manually build and maintain custom data importing functionality.

Dromo saves us hours of busywork every week, since we no longer need our customer success team to constantly be in touch with customers trying (and failing) to upload new data. Implementation was quick, documentation was easy to understand, the pricing model is straightforward, and we're already seeing positive ROI 3-4 weeks after implementation.

Our custom-built data importing tool was buggy and causing engineers and customer success teams a lot of grief, so we're glad to have found a tool that actually works - and means we no longer need to think about data importing.

It's a quality product, priced reasonably, with excellent service. The team has been very helpful throughout our integration.
