I'd like to see a bit more customization, especially around the UI. For example, having more flexibility to rename and organize data sources would be helpful. More importantly, I'd like to see bulk actions, like being able to select multiple data sources to run an ingest, set schedules, or add them to an orchestration in bulk. I use Weld to extract and load data from multiple different SaaS tools like Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads into a data warehouse. I love that it means I don't have to build custom Python ETL scripts and manage or maintain them. I appreciate being able to schedule them to load at different times and use Weld's prebuilt tables which easily load data into clean table formats ready for transformation work in dbt. It's easy to add new new data sources and customise the connections, and it's reliable too. Unlike other ETL tools that keep breaking Weld does what it says it does, And that's exactly what you want an ETL to be. It's also better priced than the bigger, more established brands as well. I love using Weld for the full ETL process because its native connectors allow us to sync all the e-commerce connectors we need at minimal cost. I appreciate Weld's import and export API functionality, which helps in transforming and seamlessly loading data without spending time inside BigQuery. The full visibility of the pipeline inside one easy-to-use UI is great. I like how Weld's customer service is quick and never dismissive. The out-of-the-box templates for Shopify data were pivotal in establishing a source of truth for us. There is very little downtime and clear costing. Sometimes initial syncs of a new source can stall but upon raising a ticket they are resolved fast. The native AI doesn't have the best context. Developing full context for a native LLM should be on their product map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of setting up connectors, the amount of connectors are solid, especially for the price, especially for nordic companies often needing connector for e-conomic, which is not offered by many alternatives. The data modeling UI is pretty nice as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
