DRIVERGEST Reviews & Product Details

DRIVERGEST is the cloud management software built for Italian NCC (noleggio con conducente) and chauffeur companies. Bookings, drivers, fleet and customers in one place, from the office to the driver's phone. The office plans bookings on a drag-and-drop calendar (day, week, month). Drivers get their jobs on their phone through an installable web app (no app store needed), open the route in Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps and close the service with payment in one tap. The system never offers drivers or vehicles that are already busy and warns when a driver can't reach the next job in time. Version 3.0 (September 2026) adds: - Live flight status and delays inside airport-transfer services - Concierge AI: reads customer emails and prepares ready-to-confirm bookings; public request page; accepted quotes become services on the calendar - Check AI: scans the next seven days of services and flags problems in advance - Electronic invoicing to the Italian SdI, e-receipts without a fiscal cash register, receipts to passengers by email or WhatsApp - Supplier and partner management: a partner opens and closes the service from a link, without an account - Numbered digital service sheet with the company header, generated at the start of every service - Vehicle and license expiry alerts, driver hours counted garage to garage, driver positions on a map during active services - Reports, summaries and Excel export Want to try it? The Free plan is complete, with no credit card and no expiry: better than a free trial, because you use it on your real work. Plans: Free forever (unlimited users, drivers and vehicles), Core €79/month + VAT, Premium €99/month + VAT with both Concierge AI and Invoicing modules. Core and Premium include the first 30 days free. 0% commissions on every service. Promotions are available from time to time and for customers upgrading from the Free plan.
