# Which Automotive Software Is Best Reviewed for Enterprise OEM and Multi-Location Franchise Dealer Groups?

Reviewers point to a single login covering the DMS, CRM, and vehicle appraisal tools as a real reason to standardize on it across a dealer group rather than paying separately for integrations. Reviewers are direct about real friction too: system slowness and downtime come up repeatedly, and support can route a ticket to the wrong specialist or someone difficult to communicate with.

Would help to hear from multi-location dealer groups directly here: did standardizing every rooftop on one platform actually simplify operations enough to offset the reliability and support issues reviewers describe?

Standardizing probably does simplify reporting and training across rooftops since every store runs the same workflows, but that benefit only holds if the reliability issues stay occasional rather than frequent. A group running thin on IT support at each location would feel downtime far more acutely than one with centralized tech staff who can absorb the friction.
