**What do you like best about DPO Toolbox?**

DPO Toolbox gives us the interesting idea of how to use data in ServiceNow to improve GDPR compliance.  The concept of registration on a more familiar application has always been an interesting one.

**What do you dislike about DPO Toolbox?**

DPO Toolbox is only concerned with Data Registration in ServiceNow.  The GDPR compliance goes beyond the simple identification of personal data, data inventory and control data protection impact assessments and ongoing monitoring.

**What problems is DPO Toolbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the organizations depending on ServiceNow and for the data registration-oriented organizations DPO Toolbox may bring some value. It could potentially help in data logging in the course of the current workflow.
