**What do you like best about Dooing?**

It allows us to locate our staff in a fast and simple way and thus be able to complete or complete our tasks in a satisfactory way.
Through this platform we can provide a more efficient service as it allows us to save time in programs, work deliveries and improve our response times to requests.
This platform is easy to use and it is incredible how we can improve direct communication with our entire team and more importantly with our customers or consumers who require our services.
We have managed to minimize operational expenses and increase our revenues in an easy, simple and fast way with a monthly cost according to the service provided by the platform

**What do you dislike about Dooing?**

So far we have no complaints about this platform, its operation is as expected by us and we have obtained very good results.
Simultaneously, with SMS messaging, there have been some delays, which makes a high commitment response time a bit difficult.
In general it works great.

**Recommendations to others considering Dooing:**

It is one of those highly necessary tools in our business to provide quality attention to our customers.
We have SMS, APP and WEB.
Communication has become more effective with our teams and customers.
Thanks to Dooing we have reached more places quickly and effectively with the same quality and attention that characterizes us.

**What problems is Dooing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us having short response times is very important, so we can provide excellent service and especially quality when the customer needs us.
In this way one of the main problems is solved. Respond in a timely manner to the needs of our consumers and in record times.
The communication has become more effective both with our collaborators and with our customers, the SMS, APP and WEB integration is going great and they provide an optimal service
