**What do you like best about Doerchat?**

What I like most about Doerchat is the seamless integration with our Shopify connector app. It’s amazing how it pulls in customer data directly into the chat! This has been a game changer for our support team. We can see a customer’s Shopify store details sync status without having to switch between multiple tabs. The markdown in the Helpdesk is also awesome. The custom automations are brilliant! We have set it up to route technical questions to our dev team and general questions to our support team which has really streamlined our operations.

**What do you dislike about Doerchat?**

The mobile app could be a bit more feature rich, not a deal breaker though and the developer says it’s coming.

**What problems is Doerchat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doerchat has really changed how we handle customer support for our Shopify integration service. It’s solving several big problems for us. Firstly it’s reduced our response times. We can assist customers much faster now that all their info is right there in the chat. Secondly it’s improved our support. Doerchat has allowed us to scale our support operations efficiently. The automated routing and templated responses mean we can handle more requests while keeping the quality. This means happier customers for us and fewer support tickets.
