"DocuSign Makes Signing Fast, Simple, and Paperless"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about DocuSign is how simple it makes the entire signing process. I can send documents out, track their status, and get them completed without dealing with printing, scanning, or emailing paperwork back and forth. The process is straightforward for both our team and the people signing, which helps us get agreements finalized much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The biggest downside is that the pricing can add up as document volume increases, especially when you need more advanced features or additional users. I also think some of the settings and administrative options could be easier to navigate. For straightforward signatures it’s excellent, but some of the extra functionality can feel more complicated than necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

When I tried to correct a DocuSign and change the signing order, I got an error. So I just voided it and created a new one instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DocuSign Streamlined Our Document Workflow and Saved Us Time"
5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

What I like best about DocuSign is how easy it is to send, sign, and manage documents without dealing with paper copies. The interface is straightforward, so it's quick to upload documents, add signature fields, and send them for signature. I also like being able to track the status of documents in real time and receive notifications when recipients have viewed or completed them. The automated reminders help reduce follow-up, and the platform's security and reliability give me confidence when handling important agreements. Overall, DocuSign has streamlined our document workflow and saved a significant amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I think some of the advanced features in DocuSign are hard to understand but just like other tools, once you're used to it - it can be very efficient and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Online Document Signing and Sending"
4/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I really like how convenient it is to sign documents electronically without needing to print and scan anything. The interface is straightforward and easy to navigate, even for someone like me who only uses it from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The subscription can feel expensive if you only need to sign documents once in a while. I really wish there were more affordable options aimed at personal users who don’t use it that often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Client Signatures and Paperwork—Fast, Mobile-Friendly, and Efficient"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

It reduces administrative back-and-forth, makes client follow-up easier, creates a clear record of completed documents, and helps us get carrier and renewal paperwork completed more efficiently. Clients can review and sign from their phone, which is super helpful when you're trying to get something completed quickly before a carrier deadline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

Complex signing orders can cause major delays. If one person doesn't complete their step, the entire process will be held up. Document expiration can also be a downside because you have to resend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Remote Document Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I like that DocuSign saves me from the hassle of printing, signing, and physically sending documents, especially when I'm in a remote area. I find it convenient to handle everything remotely without needing physical paperwork. I can scan the document, sign it, and send it back online, saving a lot of time. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, and the process of uploading and signing documents was straightforward. It's especially helpful when I need to keep track of my documents afterwards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I haven’t really had any major issues with DocuSign. If anything, the interface could be a little simpler for first-time users, especially when there are multiple documents or signature fields involved. Maybe just make it a little more straightforward for first-time users. When there are multiple documents, it can get confusing to know what’s left to sign. A simple “2 of 4 completed” type of progress indicator would make things easier. Nothing major, though—the overall experience has been pretty smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Docusign Simplifies Approvals with Auto Reminders"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I like how Docusign helps by eliminating the need to carry papers desk to desk for approvals; I just send it online to managers. The Auto Reminders feature is really helpful for me, as it sends reminders every day to the approver until it's approved, making approvals faster and reducing open invoices by month-end. I appreciate that Docusign is straightforward, like using Gmail, but understanding how to download reports took a little time. Overall, I find it to be a very simple and easy-to-use software, which is why I would give it a 9 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

When I had multiple invoices that I was sending under one DocuSign request, I had to take the field 'Approved by' for each invoice rather than have an option that populates quickly for all invoices with one button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Document Signing with Docusign"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I really like how easy DocuSign is to use, especially for importing custom documents with custom needs. The automatic importing feature is great because it speeds up the process and detects signing and data areas without much effort on my part. I also appreciate the automatic input fielding feature, which inserts necessary fields into the document for me. The interface allows me to import anything I need easily, and completing a document takes just seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

I think the document review area could be improved. While DocuSign has a lot of legal documents, adding a feature for reviewing agreements or providing warnings about certain sections could be useful. It might even be a good idea to offer a paid feature for document review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"E-Signatures made easy"

What do you like best about Docusign?

I really like the platform’s simple interface and the smooth onboarding process. I also appreciate how easy it is to use and how quickly it responds, especially when I need to add my signature to official documents and then use those documents afterward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

There is nothing in docusign that I dislike except the plan pricing which could be a little less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, User-Friendly, and Competitive"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docusign?

I really like that DocuSign is quick and easy to use. It's straightforward and very simple in terms of functionality, which makes sharing with my clients effortless. I can send documents quickly and receive responses promptly. I also love the email functionality because it allows anyone, regardless of whether they regularly use DocuSign or not, to sign off on things really quickly and easily. Additionally, the initial setup was really simple, and I appreciate that it's cloud-based, as I've had almost no issues with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

The only thing that really troubles me with DocuSign is the licensing. We've had experiences where the number of envelopes we're allowed to send is capped due to licensing restrictions. Sometimes the people who are allowed to send envelopes do so too often or to too many people, and we hit our licensing ceiling. This has been the only big frustration for me.
